Candidate submits resume and career-related information to ekallish@msn.com. ella kallish inc. will review submitted resume/candidate
information then contact candidate directly.

Interview / Detailed Marketing Plan
ella kallish, inc. will review the submitted
resume and contact the candidate directly to review professional, educational,
and technical information. During the initial
phone screen, ella kallish, inc. and the candidate will develop preferences
for position, compensation, geographic location, travel tolerances, and
company wish list. This plan will provide the necessary information to
market the candidate successfully.
Contract
Agreement
ella kallish inc. (if marketing candidate to
more than one company) will require a contract agreement (agreed upon
through either email or snail mail exchange), that will provide ella kallish
twelve (12) months exclusivity on the representation of candidate into
agreed-upon companies from marketing plan.
Candidate
Presentation to Represented Companies
A candidates resume will be circulated
to the appropriate contact(s) within the agreed-upon companies. ella kallish,
inc. will follow up with company contacts with the objective of obtaining
a candidate interview. Interview Interviews may take two forms: an initial
phone screen or an in-person interview. Any costs incurred by candidate
during the interview process are usually reimbursed by the represented
company.
Follow-Up
with Candidate and Client
Immediately following interview, ella kallish,
inc contacts both candidate and company to determine mutual interest.
Additional interviews may be scheduled at that time.
Negotiation
Immediately following interview ella kallish
inc contacts both candidate and company to determine mutual interest.
Additional interviews may be scheduled at this time.
Close
Once an offer is extended and accepted, a start
date is determined and appointments for any final qualifying test(s) are
scheduled. If relocation is a factor, ella kallish, inc. will make appropriate
contacts to support this effort on behalf of candidate.
Candidate
Follow-Up
During the first week of employment, ella kallish
inc. will contact candidate to offer continued support and to update contact
information.
Referrals
A referral fee of $2,000 will be paid for any
candidate referred to ella kallish inc. that is successfully placed by
ella kallish inc. This fee will be paid within a ninety (90) day guarantee
period of candidate's start date or as otherwise agreed upon.
Fees
ella kallish inc. is paid by the company that
hires candidate Additionally, ella kallish inc. offers business development
services for independent communication design firms in the United States
and Canada and fee based consulting on resume content and design.
