During one-on-one consulting sessions,
you'll learn how to: Define your value, identify your market, discover & research opportunity,
identify and choose target companies that fit, script & market winning solicitation messages,
pace message delivery, conduct follow-up on messages sent, set appointments, conduct an
interview and close a deal. You'll even learn how to negotiate salary offerings.
Why
Do I Need This? Communicating in an electronic
age has forced us to rethink how we connect with each other. Solicitation
messages that used to work in the snail-mail (hard-copy) environments
of the past, no longer work in today's fast paced electronic landscape.
And, while it's true that e-mail has opened up new B2B, B2C and C2C communication
channels, electronic data has also bombarded us with more information
than ever before. Understanding how and why a receiver decides to read
or not to read a message thoroughly is "Key". Ella will teach you the
psychology of text and the spoken word so that your messages cut through
the clutter and get heard!
Back To Basics After seventeen
years marketing professionals directly to decision-makers inside corporate
America, Ella has developed a tested program that teaches you how to do
for yourself what she has been doing for individual clients--identifying
and securing gainful and intelligent employment.
Effective communication is rooted in two basic and easy to learn communication
principals: The Five W's (the who, what, where, when and why of us), and
The Seven C's (to be concise, clear, concrete, complete, correct, courteous
and consistent throughout our message construct). Ella makes clear how
and why incorporating these two basic communication principals consistently,
and throughout all solicitation messages helps us to create a personal
brand and a strong identity that continually transmits value.

future events, or you simply would like to learn how to become a better
communicator, Ella tailors all consulting assignments around your personal
and professional requirements.
Locations, Scheduling & Fees Ella
is available days, evenings and weekends to accommodate a wide variety
of scheduling needs. Career Consulting services are provided both over
the *phone or **in-person depending on the client's need and availability.
*Phone instruction will run one and a half hours on initial contact and then be followed by four one hour sessions scheduled around the agreeable timeframes of both parties. Phone charges for consulting engagements included in workshop fee.
**An in-person class runs approximately five hours.
Note: Homework assignments and follow-up support are provided for both phone
and in-person consulting sessions throughout initial market launch.
Workshop Fee: $1,500.
