Firms? Ella’s unique and effective
method of skills marketing is structured around a simple Outplacement Assistance
Model (OAM) that differs significantly from the old OAM’s still used
by most HR consultancies and Outplacement firms today. While Ella’s
OAM leads with marketing and pro-activism, the old OAM teaches template-driven
solutions and dependency on mass mailings and human resource departments
to drive opportunity.

principals: The Five W's (the who, what, where, when and why of us), and
The Seven C's (to be concise, clear, concrete, complete, correct, courteous
and consistent throughout our message construct). Ella makes clear how
and why incorporating these two basic communication principals consistently,
and throughout all solicitation messages helps us to create a personal
brand and a strong identity that continually transmits value.

Locations, Scheduling & Fees Ella
is available days, evenings and weekends to accommodate a wide variety
of scheduling needs. Career Consulting services are provided both over
the *phone or **in-person depending on the client's need and availability.
*Phone instruction will run one and a half hours on initial contact and then be followed by four one hour sessions scheduled around the agreeable timeframes of both parties. Phone charges for consulting engagements included in workshop fee.
**An in-person class runs approximately five hours.
Note: Homework assignments and follow-up support are provided for both phone and in-person consulting sessions throughout initial market launch.
Workshop Fee: $1,500.
